Some final notes on how Space Hound 4 handles file deletions.
Deletion of the wrong files can damage your computer's ability to function. Inexperienced users who trust our competitors programs and simply delete all files found by a duplicate search may not realize what has happened for days or weeks. Space Hound has historically resisted the frequent request by users for a faster way to delete large groups of duplicate files.
However, with our new intelligent scan for file dependencies, in-use files, and operating system elements, you can fell relatively safe about using a tool such as Delete By Folder.
